Hey,

I think your process is quite revolutionnary. Now it s up to you to make it public or to popularize it a little. Try to make it pedagogic.

My intention is not to steal your time, it s yours anyway.

Gook luck

Hi - it'great that you're interested in this subject, however your questions leave me guessing you are **very** far from accomplishing this work in your home.  maybe you can put your head together with some of your friends who know more about biochemistry and get going with this - and believe me, I wish you the best of luck - it's just that right now i'm not going to spend 100+ hours breaking down the process and the documents.  If you need a particular journal I suggest you go to a library - that's where I spend a lot of time.  I'm not trying to be rude, it's just that you've got a long way to go based on what you're telling me.

I'll leave this forum here and you and your friends are welcome to use it as you wish.  Alternately I'm blogging on here http://www.tangler.com/forum/greenstone-enzymatic-thc-forum about somewhat related subjects...

Best of luck man, and be safe

Hi,

Does it mean that if I have the bacteria E coli M15, that I have somehow the appropriate reagent,3 MalonylCo-A & 1n-Hexanoyl-CoA

OSCoA, then I should get after proper brewing the products, OSCoA and  OlivetolicAcid?

How do I get the reagents?

Can one buy E coli M15?

Sorry I do not have access to the paper of Raharjo, 2004

Is it possible to have them online somehow?

Best regards

This patent is entirely the result of laboratory work (I don't believe anyone is clever enough to imagine an enzymatic pathway this elegant).   All of the information necessary to reproduce these results are in the greenstone patent credit page.

Hi Aston,

Thanks for creating this forum, and for willing to share your knowlegde and experience.

So first question for me.....is this process was already practically done and checked in the lab, or is it "only" patented as a conceptual idea?

Recently receiving a lot of email - summed up clearly in this excerpt from one clever geek,

>>To be able to produce THC in enzimatic process without growing the plant seems to me a wonderful finding.
>>I read your patent few times, but poorlly understood the operation or procedure described in it.
>>Did you realize any experiment that lead to THC?
>>Is it something that can be done with off the shelves reagent?
>>I would like to have somehow a "how to" procedure in order to realize it in my lab at home.
>>I do not intend to commercialize anything it is only for personnal use and enjoyment.

So yeah - couldn't agree more -  let's work on a constructive discussion to elaborate and enlighten upon this work  This forum is here to cover as many of these topics in the depth that may be required to take a newbie through the ropes to recreate this patent for personal use - recall that the USPTO allows the recreation of any patent for personal non-commercial use - such is its beauty and bounty.  Enjoy.
