Hi - it'great that you're interested in this subject, however your questions leave me guessing you are **very** far from accomplishing this work in your home.  maybe you can put your head together with some of your friends who know more about biochemistry and get going with this - and believe me, I wish you the best of luck - it's just that right now i'm not going to spend 100+ hours breaking down the process and the documents.  If you need a particular journal I suggest you go to a library - that's where I spend a lot of time.  I'm not trying to be rude, it's just that you've got a long way to go based on what you're telling me.

 I'll leave this forum here and you and your friends are welcome to use it as you wish.  Alternately I'm blogging on here http://www.tangler.com/forum/greenstone-enzymatic-thc-forum about somewhat related subjects...

Does it mean that if I have the bacteria E coli M15, that I have somehow the appropriate reagent,3 MalonylCo-A & 1n-Hexanoyl-CoA

OSCoA, then I should get after proper brewing the products, OSCoA and  OlivetolicAcid?

How do I get the reagents?

Can one buy E coli M15?

Sorry I do not have access to the paper of Raharjo, 2004

Is it possible to have them online somehow?

This patent is entirely the result of laboratory work (I don't believe anyone is clever enough to imagine an enzymatic pathway this elegant).   All of the information necessary to reproduce these results are in the greenstone patent credit page.
